Rebecca Mundy was born in Reading. Having learnt the piano and flute at an early age, she first studied at The Henley College. In 1989 she came to the UEA to read music, where she held the Barry McBeath scholarship for performance.
She is a regular member of the Keswick Hall Choir, and has performed with the Northern Ballet Theatre in their production of Mozart’s Requiem, Rambert Dance Company (Eternal Light), Kiri Te Kanawa on tour, the London Sinfonietta and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.
Rebecca has sung as a soloist with many local choirs and the Norwich Philharmonic Society. Her operatic roles have included Adele in Johann Strauss’ Die Fledermaus as well as Suzanna in Mozart’s The Marriage of Figaro and Papagena in The Magic Flute.
